《新农民》

继《乡村理发师》之后，崔建玲继续走进农村，推出了她乡村系列的第二部作品《新农民》。
她又将镜头聚焦于淮河岸边，安徽省蚌埠市五河县头铺镇安淮村的农民，以社会调查的形式，记录他们的家庭生活和经济收入，拍摄《新农民》的居家情况的环境人像，有近百幅，此次从中选出18幅作为代表。
崔建玲她深入生活，与当地农民同吃同住同劳动，去探访和体会他们的生活。她同样以类型学肖像的方式，将人物置身其生活的房屋内，打好灯光，让他们精神抖擞地出现在我们面前。他调整好人物的姿势、调度其情绪，利用光影，给我们展现了一幅幅新时期农民肖像。崔建玲在拍摄时给了对方足够的尊重，而对方也在她的镜头里流露出坦诚。
中国经济急速发展，自然而然也带动了农村的变化，这种变化会影响到农民的方方面面，自然也会在他们的面孔上来。这些照片里，农民已经不再是原来传统意义上的农民，他们正处在向农业工人或是工人的转型之中。崔建玲把镜头聚焦在这些人的面孔、服装、身体姿势以及居住环境上，使其与城市居民形成对比。她以摄影的方式提醒我们：今天的农民至少从表面上看，已经非常接近城里人的样子。
这是她对农村进行的另一次有规模的社会调查报告。这些视觉档案，对我们总结当下的农民生活，对研究当代的农村史、农民史、农村文化等领域提供了有效的视觉文本。与此同时，她也在提醒我们：这些正在变化的农民同样值得关注，中国历史进程的书写，也有他们努力的一部分。
The New Farmers
Following her work The Village Hairdressers, Jianling Cui continues her work in the countryside with a project of The New Farmers.
She stayed in a village in Anhui province to visit and communicate with the local farmers. She uses portrait typology and places the subjects in their living spaces to present them energetically under professional lighting. She fixes their posture, influence their emotions and uses light and shadow to illustrate these portraits of modern day farmers. By showing her respects during the process, these people are seemingly comfortable and candid in her lenses
As the Chinese economy is developing rapidly, it also causes changes to the countrysides that could affect the farmers in many ways; this would naturally appear on their faces. In these photos, they are no longer farmers in the traditional sense, but are gradually transitioning into agricultural workers. Jianling Cui focuses on these people’s faces, clothings, body posture and their living environment in contrast to those who lives in the city. She is using these images as a reminder to us that at least from appearances, modern farmers and metropolitans are quite similar.
This is another scaled societal report on the countrysides conducted by her. These visual files summarises the lives of modern-day farmers and investigates the history of contemporary countrysides, farmers and the cultures; this provides an effective visual document. Simultaneously, she is also reminding us that the changes the farmers are undergoing deserves our attention, as their hard-work contributes to a part in the development of Chinese history.
《新农民》简介
中国14亿人口有9亿农民，长期以来农业是我们国家的立国之本。
我长期关注农村，关注农民。2020年9月开始，我又将镜头聚焦于淮河岸边安徽省蚌埠市五河县头铺镇安淮村的农民，以社会调查的形式，记录他们的家庭生活和经济收入，拍摄《新农民》的居家情况的环境人像。
随着国家高速发展，农业机械化普及，农民生活水平的提高，要重新认识新时代，新农民及他们的家庭。通过镜头，来记录当下，看看今天新时代的农民的生活和居住的环境，从而读出走进新时代国家的变化。
我坚持继续关注农业、农民，记录今天，告诉未来。

The introduction of New Farmers
Within China’s 1.4 billion population, there are 0.9 billion who are farmers. Agriculture has always been important to China.
Since September 2020, I focused on farmers and documented their family life and economic gains in the form of a social report. The series of New Farmers contains almost a hundred portraits that reflects these farmer’s living conditions, and out of all of them, 18 are chosen to exhibit.
As China is rapidly developing, it is significant to re-familiarise ourselves with this new age, new farmers and their families. I will continue to focus on agriculture and farmers as a documentation of today, and present the future of China.
Jianling Cui

安淮村简介
安徽省蚌埠市五河县头浦镇安淮村，位于淮水之滨。全村分12个村庄小组，土地4,100亩，有705户村民，总人口有2999人，其中：有中共党员68人。
丁锦传书记村长一肩挑，充分发挥村委会领导班子作用，不忘初心、牢记使命、圆梦小康；保持水韵、人文、古朴特色；致力打造和谐秀美的新安淮为奋斗目标。
安淮集市素有“小南京”之称，是附近农副产品集散地，每年农历三月初八，安淮春会热闹非凡，吸引着周边村镇县市等地群众前来观看，勤劳智慧的安淮人民，以“打造百年老集，传承淮畔文化”为主线，党群共建美丽家园和谐氛围浓厚。
安淮村早在2015年就是“美丽乡村”建设示范点，现在风景更加秀美，已成为田园诗歌般的新农村。针对土地少、发展慢的问题，安淮村推行农业、工业齐抓共管，村里集资建设几个生产渔具的工厂，品种多，品质优，远销国内外大中小城市和地区，村民就地打工，农闲去工厂上班，农忙去田里耕种，村民幸福指数特高，既能照顾老人孩子，又不耽误挣钱致富。实现了农业机械化和半机械化，解放了纯手工劳作生产力，建立了新型农村生产关系，村民衣着打扮、精神面貌、家装风格与城里人没有区别。孩子就学有幼儿园、小学、中学，人人有医保，住院有报销，村民享福利，家家建小楼已成为现实。
安淮村2020年度实现农业总产值10,520,000.00元；实现工业总产值17,000,000.00元；人均可支配收入18,800.00元。
安淮村综合文化服务中心，内设文化活动室，图书馆，数字文化服务，还有免费开放的文化广场活动空间，有三支业余文艺团体活动频繁，村民自发组织的舞龙舞狮、花挑、旱船等民间艺术深入人心。
安淮人以全新的姿态投入新农村建设中，已成为蚌埠市“最美乡村”的模范村。

崔建玲，女，摄影师，中国女摄影家协会会员， 安徽摄影家协会会员。近年来，出版有《中国乡村理发师》等多部摄影集，其作品曾参展于大理国际影会等多个中国摄影节。多幅作品刊发在Lensculture 、《中国摄影报》等媒体。其中，《乡村理发师》入围2020年度LensCulture肖像类摄影大赛优秀奖。
Jianling Cui, female photographer , she is member of China Association of female photographers, and Member of China Association of female photographers as well. She published several books such as The Village Hairdressers etc in recent years and her works were published in photography medias such as Lensculture , China photography News.
